What you'll be doing
- Lead a team of eight offshore engineers
- Design APIs and system integrations
- Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
- Review technical designs and code
- Mentor and develop engineers
- Work directly with enterprise customers
- Balance delivery speed with long-term platform quality
- Support planning, estimation and technical delivery
What we're looking for
- Strong Java software engineering background
- Experience designing APIs and systems integrations
- Technical leadership experience within a software delivery team
- Excternal customer-facing solution design experience
- Strong engineering judgement and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring developers
- Ability to work across engineering, delivery and customer stakeholders
- Experience within SaaS, enterprise software, consulting or systems integration environments will be highly regarded.
