Interior Designer

Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically appealing, and innovative interior design solutions that meet project requirements and enhance user experiences. This role will develop design concepts, coordinate design activities, and support the successful delivery of interior projects while maintaining quality, creativity, and consistency.

The position will work closely with clients, project teams, consultants, and contractors to understand design objectives, develop space planning concepts, select materials and finishes, and prepare design presentations and technical documentation. The role will contribute to the development of interior environments that balance functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and practicality.

Key responsibilities include creating interior design concepts, preparing layouts, drawings, and 3D visualizations, selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, coordinating design revisions, and supporting project implementation. The Interior Designer will also monitor design trends, provide creative recommendations,



and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture selection.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant tools.
- Ability to develop creative design concepts and translate ideas into practical design solutions.
- Robust knowledge of technical drawings, design documentation, and project coordination processes.
- Excellent creativity, visual communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Understanding of sustainable design practices, industry trends, and innovative interior solutions.
