About the Role

- Welcome clients to the showroom and showcase our range of stone slabs and tiles to architects, designers, homeowners, and stonemasons.
- Ask open-ended questions to understand client's style, needs, and timelines, providing tailored product recommendations.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries with personalised service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on samples, quotes, and lead times,



offering accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Manage admin tasks including order processing, material pickups, inventory checks, and supporting the external sales team.
- Keep the showroom immaculate—restocking, tidying, and ensuring brochures and displays are refreshed.

About You

- You may already be in a high-energy customer service or hospitality role, or you've simply spent years reading a room and making people feel welcome. Customer service isn't a checkbox for you, it's what you're genuinely positive at.
- You're naturally curious about interiors and design, even if it's not your background yet, and keen to channel that curiosity into a real career.

Selection Criteria To be considered for this role you will only need to have:

- Customer Service Experience
