Position Overview:

The Internal Sales role supports the Sales Team in achieving or exceeding sales and margin targets through effective customer service, accurate order processing, and proactive sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support achievement of sales and margin targets
- Provide accurate pricing, quotations, and product availability
- Follow up quotes to convert into sales
- Assist with inbound and outbound sales activities
- Deliver professional and timely customer service
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
- Represent the company professionally
- Enter customer orders accurately




- Ensure correct pricing and product details
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Complete administrative duties
- Ensure documentation is compliant
- Attend training and meetings
- Support team members
- Assist with stocktakes
- Adhere to all OH&S; regulations

Experience Required:

- Minimum 1 year office-based experience
- Strong computer skills
- Positive communication and organisation skills
- Electrical industry experience – preferred
- Customer service experience
