Minimum Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Must reside in Passaic County or attend a college/university located within Passaic County
- Valid medical insurance
- No criminal record

Preferred Qualifications:

- College seniors
- Majors in Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or related fields
