Location: Truganina VIC Full-time | Permanent Role | Great Company Perks At Makita Australia, we're looking for an Inventory Supervisor to lead our Spares & Accessories team within our Victorian Distribution Centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading a small team, maintaining accurate inventory and helping drive a safe, efficient warehouse operation.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and support a team of warehouse employees.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels.
- Oversee stocktakes and cycle counts.
- Ensure warehouse processes are followed and continuously improved.
- Maintain a protected, clean and organised work environment.
- Work closely with the Inventory Operations Manager and other warehouse leaders to achieve operational goals.
- Report on team performance and warehouse KPIs.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor,
Team Leader or similar leadership role.
- Strong inventory and stock control experience.
- A current Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A proactive, organised approach with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
