Location: Truganina VIC Full-time | Permanent Role | Great Company Perks At Makita Australia, we're looking for an Inventory Supervisor to lead our Spares & Accessories team within our Victorian Distribution Centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading a small team, maintaining accurate inventory and helping drive a safe, effective warehouse operation.

What You'll Do Lead, coach and support a team of warehouse employees. Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels. Oversee stocktakes and cycle counts. Ensure warehouse processes are followed and continuously improved.
Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment. Work closely with the Inventory Operations Manager and other warehouse leaders to achieve operational goals. Report on team performance and warehouse KPIs.

Team Leader or similar leadership role. Strong inventory and stock control experience. A current Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence.
Good communication and leadership skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A proactive, organised approach with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
