Real Estate Investment Associate – Sydney

This well-regarded Australian real estate business is seeking a talented junior professional to join its Sydney team. The firm invests across private equity and private credit on behalf of family capital, institutional investors, family offices and private investors, with a portfolio of real estate backed investments across Australia and New Zealand. They are looking to add an Investment Associate to the team, reporting directly to the Managing Partner. This is a role with genuine transaction exposure, spanning modelling, underwriting, due diligence and direct investor engagement.

You will develop and interpret detailed financial models covering valuation and underwriting, prepare materials for investment committee and investor presentations,



and support the team on due diligence across prospective transactions. The role also includes company, property and industry research, and direct involvement in client and investor relationships as you progress.

We are seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years' relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services or funds management. Candidates from Big 4 transaction services backgrounds with strong Excel and financial analysis skills are welcome to apply.

Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline are essential. Above all, our client is looking for someone with robust commercial instincts, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in real estate.
