Reporting to an Investment Principal, this role will support the evaluation and execution of direct investment opportunities from initial screening through to due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management. Working closely with senior investment professionals, founders and external advisers, the successful candidate will undertake market research, financial modelling and commercial analysis, contribute to investment committee papers, and support the ongoing management of a diverse portfolio of high-growth companies. This role offers exceptional exposure to the full investment lifecycle and the opportunity to develop as an investor within a highly collaborative team.
The successful candidate will have ideally 2–5 years' experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services or management consulting, with strong analytical, financial modelling and commercial assessment skills. They will be intellectually curious, capable of synthesising complex information into clear investment recommendations, and demonstrate a genuine interest in innovation, technology and venture investing. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting will be essential.
