We are looking for a motivated and analytical Investment Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support investment activities by conducting financial analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, performing market research, and assisting with portfolio management to drive informed business decisions.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.

? Research market trends, industries, and economic conditions to support investment decisions.

? Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and investment performance reports.

? Assist in portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and risk assessment.

? Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.

? Collaborate with senior investment professionals on transaction execution and strategic initiatives.

? Monitor market developments and identify new investment opportunities.

? Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

?? Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.

? Applicants must hold one of the following:

- Australian Citizen
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights

or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position. ? Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related field.

? Proven experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, asset management, investment banking, or a similar role is preferred.

? Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and investment principles.

? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools. Experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, or similar platforms is an advantage.

? Solid analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

? Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
