Required Skills

- 5+ years of backend development experience with Java 11+/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Strong experience building microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven applications using Kafka or IBM MQ.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/SQL Server, database design, SQL optimization, and migration tools (Flyway/Liquibase).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid testing experience using JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, and contract testing frameworks.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Python for automation or scripting.
- Knowledge of SWIFT MT messaging and Trade Finance products.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Exposure to Temporal, Camunda, Drools, or legacy system integrations (COBOL/IBM MQ).
