Eligibility: Candidates must have full working rights in Australia (Citizen, PR, or Valid Visa holders).

Required Skills

- 5+ years of backend development experience with Java 11+/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security .
- Strong experience building microservices , REST/gRPC APIs , and event-driven applications using Kafka or IBM MQ .
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/SQL Server , database design, SQL optimization, and migration tools ( Flyway/Liquibase ).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and CI/CD pipelines .
- Robust testing experience using JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers , and contract testing frameworks.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Python for automation or scripting.
- Knowledge of SWIFT MT messaging and Trade Finance products.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Exposure to Temporal, Camunda, Drools , or legacy system integrations (COBOL/IBM MQ).
