ABOUT THE COMPANY

This Sydney based commercial builder has built a solid reputation delivering high end fitout and refurbishment projects valued from $1M to $20M across commercial, hospitality, retail, government and education sectors. They have a strong client base, a healthy pipeline of work and a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Junior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Administrator to come in, hit the ground running and grow with them.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work alongside a close knit project and site team to support the delivery of multiple fitout and refurbishment projects across NSW. Whether you are fresh out of university or have a few years under your belt, this role is structured to meet you where you are and push you forward. You will get hands on exposure across the full project lifecycle, from early procurement through to practical completion, building the skills and experience to step into a Project Manager role down the track.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal




- Eager to learn and motivated to build a career in construction
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Some experience in a JCA, CA or similar role within commercial construction
- Exposure to commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
- Familiarity with construction software and Microsoft Excel
- Stable work history with previous employers
