Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Brisbane City, QLD.

The Job

Title is responsible for supporting roofing projects from initial site assessment through to completion, including assisting with inspections, preparing materials, and performing roofing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks. Daily activities may include working at heights, handling tools and equipment, ensuring work areas are safe, and following project plans and instructions from supervisors. The role also involves documenting work performed,



coordinating with team members and clients as needed, and adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade, with practical skills in installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in residential and industrial roofing projects.
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety requirements, including working at heights and using personal protective equipment.
- Ability to read and follow job plans, instructions, and basic technical drawings.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic communication skills for interacting with supervisors, coworkers, and clients in a professional manner.
- Relevant trade qualifications, tickets, or certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, White Card) are highly beneficial.
- Current driver’s license and dependable transport to Brisbane City, QLD work sites preferred.
