We're looking for a motivated, reliable and hands-on Junior Accessory Fitter / Workshop Assistant to join our growing team. No previous fitting experience is required; we'll provide full training to the right person.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a positive attitude and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting experienced accessory fitters with vehicle installations.
- Preparing vehicles for fitment.
- Installing premium ute accessories as your skills develop.
- Using hand and power tools safely.
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised and efficient.
- Learning our products, procedures and quality standards.
- Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older.
- A genuine interest in cars, 4WDs or the automotive industry.
- Mechanically minded with good practical skills.
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic.
- Able to follow instructions and work safely.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Current Australian driver's licence is preferred.
Advantageous but Not Essential
- Experience using hand or power tools.
- Previous workshop, warehouse or trade assistant experience.
- Basic computer skills.
