Castle is looking for a motivated junior team member who has recently finished university or college and has a genuine passion for AI, automation and technology.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside senior management, helping design and implement AI-powered systems that improve the way our business operates. You'll gain hands-on experience applying modern AI tools to real business challenges while learning the commercial façade and construction industry from the ground up.

This isn't a traditional administration role. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning recent technology and helping build smarter ways of working.

What you'll be involved in

- Working with management to identify opportunities for AI and automation across the business.
- Helping design and implement custom workflows and software tailored to Castle's operations.
- Researching and testing the latest AI tools and technologies.
- Assisting with purchase order and bill management under supervision.
- Supporting the rollout of new company systems and procedures.
- Assisting with safety documentation and compliance processes.
- General operational and administrative support across the business.
- Learning our commercial façade construction processes to better understand how technology can improve them.

What we're looking for
- Recently completed a university or college qualification (or about to graduate).




- Strong understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, automation platforms or similar technologies.
- Curious mindset with a passion for learning and improving systems.
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit management team.
- An interest in construction, engineering or business operations is highly regarded.

Bonus points if you have experience with
- No-code or low-code platforms.
- Microsoft Power Automate, Make, Zapier or n8n.
- Python, JavaScript or other programming languages.
- Buildertrend, Xero or other business management software.
- Process mapping or workflow design.
