Salary band: $55k-68k (excluding Super) depending on experience and breadth of skills.

This role suits someone who is both strong on the tools and highly organised, comfortable owning projects end-to-end, including managing clients, timelines and delivery alongside developing ideas.

Role purpose

This role sits within Design specialism

. You will work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality work for clients,



combining strong generalist delivery skills with deep expertise in your specialist area.

You are responsible for working on projects end-to-end, including client management, scoping, timelines and delivery. There is no separate project or account layer. You own the work and how it gets done, supported by the team.

This junior role is heavily execution-focused. Success in the role comes from strong attention to detail, speed, adaptability, responsiveness to feedback and the ability to deliver polished work consistently across multiple outputs and formats.

Work includes brand implementation, graphic design, layout, content production, and digital or presentation design. Works across both fast-turnaround work and deeper creative delivery.

Junior

Builds foundational skills and supports delivery across projects. Completes defined tasks, takes ownership and works closely with more senior team members. Learns quickly, responds positively to feedback, adapts fast to changing priorities, and builds confidence through consistent delivery and improvement. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with clear accountability for deadlines and output quality.

Core responsbilities

General responsibilities

- Work efficiently across multiple fast-moving projects, balancing quality, speed and responsiveness to deadlines.
- Respond constructively to feedback and implement revisions quickly and accurately.
- Contribute positively to team culture through reliability, initiative and a hands-on attitude.
- Lead client relationships day-to-day, including taking and shaping briefs for small-medium projects
- Own small-medium project delivery from start to finish, including scope, timelines and output quality (training will be provided on Focus management system Streamtime, during the onboarding process).
- Manage quoting, proposals and commercial decisions on your work (training will be provided on Focus management system Streamtime, during the onboarding process).
- Manage suppliers and freelancers to deliver work efficiently
- Present work clearly and confidently




- Identify and resolve delivery issues early
- Active use of AI and automation tools to enhance speed and quality of work.
- Strong self-management: planning work, communicating availability and meeting deadlines.

Specialism responsibilities

- Deliver high-volume rollout and production work across campaign assets, presentations, social, print and digital formats.
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across large suites of assets and amends.
- Develop designs to solve unique client problems creatively.
- A fully integrated role creating design assets across multi-channel campaigns.
- Support the development and creation of all design requirements in line with our clients brands and strategy.
- Rollout of design concepts across various formats and sizes
- Artworking of design assets for print, digital and large format
- Demonstrate a explicit understanding of projects, responding to briefs with a fresh and innovative approach.
- Client facing and presentation of creative/design work.
- Participate in creative sessions.
- Stay immersed in design industry trends, developments and tools.

Specialism requirements

- A relevant degree in design, visual communication, creative or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc), proficiency in Figma and Canva beneficial.
- Experience in designing across all formats (eg: print, digital, social and multimedia).
- A strong sense of visual design and in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques.
- The ability to take ideas and develop concepts, and take them through to implementation and execution.
- Experience in an agency environment would be beneficial, but not necessary
