We are looking for a someone who is keen to learn from our experienced operators and grow there skills to into an operator within our company.

This is an entry level job, starting out with labour work and learning to operate our machines on various tasks/sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain excavators to perform various excavation tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work workplace.
- Collaborate with senior operators and site supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues promptly.
- Learn and adapt to different excavation techniques and equipment.
- Assist with site preparation, digging, trenching, and material handling.

TASKS

- Labouring and assisting operating 1.7t - 8t excavators
- Help loading and unloading machinery
- Labouring and excavating for new home slab bases and cuts
