So, we are now looking for an IT technician to join our hard-working team.

This individual has to have a positive attitude, a hunger to learn, to be a laser-focused, self-sufficient, strong team player, and Über-technical.

This role will challenge you as you navigate through our IT security landscape. This is a permanent position for someone who wants to take their career to the next level.

About The Opportunity

How It Works

We are looking for a Lead IT Support Technician responsible for technical support, software support, hardware support, network management and administration for all our Sunshine Coast-based customers. This job will be providing onsite and remote IT support services to our customers.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve each customer's issue(s) using your knowledge, experience and judgment.

Build rapport with each client to maximise customer satisfaction.

Provide follow-up support if needed.

Provide over-flow assistance to our call centre in Maroochydore.

What You'll Need In Your Toolkit

Experience

Strong networking experience having obtained certification from CISCO or some other enterprise based provider.

Up-to-date Microsoft Certified Cloud or On-Premise (MCSE)

At least 3 years of IT experience of providing on-site technology support for hardware and operating systems (e.g. PC, Mac, iOS, Android, etc.) for both home and office environments





Demostrate strong IT cybersecurity skills having configured and run phising campaigns.

Detailed WINDOWS and MAC PC build and troubleshooting knowledge.

Must have worked with Office 365 and Azure Cloud services.

Additional experience (and other requirements)

Ability to work with VOIP systems.

Work with high-end business-grade printers.

Personal traits required

Excellent oral/written communication skills

Sound analytical and organizational skills

Ability to deliver superior customer service A valid Australian drivers licence

Your own reliable, well maintained vehicle

Experience

Hands on Linux experience.

Web development skills and the ability to work with WordPress.

Sales experience would be diserable
