As part of the Adairs Group, we're growing fast, and our Planning team plays a critical role in making sure the right stock is in the right place at the right time, both online and in store.

About the Role

Mocka is a design led, on trend furniture and homewares brand, making great design accessible to everyone, without ever compromising on quality or style. Founded in 2007 as an online nursery brand, we've grown into a trusted name for every room and life stage. As we continue building our physical retail presence across Australia and New Zealand, we're seeking an enthusiastic, analytically minded Junior Merchandise Planner to join our Planning team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with numbers, spotting trends before they become problems, and turning data into decisions that actually move the needle.

What You'll Be Doing

- Producing accurate daily, weekly and monthly trading reports

- Analysing sales, margin, inventory and sell through performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities

- Supporting replenishment planning across all sales channels

- Assisting with seasonal planning and open to buy (OTB) management

- Raising and maintaining purchase orders and tracking supplier deliveries

- Keeping planning databases and reporting files accurate and up to date

- Partnering closely with Buying, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance

- Contributing ideas to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory performance

What You'll Bring





- Experience in Merchandise Planning, Allocations, Buying Administration or Retail Operations (desirable, not essential)

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

- Solid analytical, numerical and problem solving ability

- Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
- An understanding of store operations and omnichannel inventory, or a genuine willingness to learn

- Exposure to merchandise planning or ERP systems is a bonus
