About The Role
Working at Jacky Winter is a unique experience which requires an equally unique and dedicated individual. Each day presents new opportunities to work with some of the most forward-thinking creatives, businesses,
and brands; acting as one of the driving forces in the creative process, bringing to life ideas and stories of all shapes and sizes.
This is primarily a production and project management position which requires relevant interest and experience. While we are responsible for a lot of creative work, and deeply value the inherent creative nature of being producers, the nature of the role is also relationship-driven and administrative.
Due to potential conflicts of interest, this position is not suitable for anyone with an active or emerging freelance illustration practice. However anyone looking to further a career in commercial creative management is welcome to apply.
Duties
As a producer, you will be a warm and friendly presence on the phone, over email, and in person. Your professional tone, combined with a sense of humour and passion for the creative industries will make you a valued partner to our clients, vendors and represented talent. Your working environment will see you alternate between phone, Slack, and email communication, getting out of the office to take recent briefs, develop and nurture client and artist relationships, and being on-site for the execution of said briefs when required.
We're all hands on deck here, and you will be making a direct impact on the agency in new and meaningful ways each day, constantly working on big-picture goals without forgetting the small details or hesitating to get your hands dirty.
Requirements
Whether you have existing production or project management experience, or you are looking to expand your established skills in studio administration or account management, we welcome applications from qualified applicants with 2+ years of experience within the creative industry.
You will thrive on the challenge and energy of balancing anywhere from 10–20 projects at a time, quickly adapting to our internal digital tools to ensure that logistical and creative expectations are being met on both sides of the creative equation.
You should naturally be a positive person with a healthy sense of curiosity for people, ideas, and the world around you. You will be comfortable talking to people in a variety of roles and be a positive force in the office, always keeping your cool, even when encountering difficult situations.
General skills required:
- Experience managing multiple projects or tasks; demonstrated ability to prioritise and traffic multiple tasks as needed.
- Basic knowledge and appreciation for our current represented artists.
- Solid decision-making ability and strong attention to detail.
- Solid in communication, listening and presentation skills.
- Solid in time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Mandatories:
- 2+ years experience in a production, project management or account management-focused role.
- Legal status to work in Australia.
- Proficiency in MacOS.
- A demonstrated and active passion for visual art.
- Cool as a cucumber!

The largest benefit however is being part of a truly supportive team.
