The role

We're looking for an Associate Producer who is ready to play a key role in delivering memorable brand experiences from concept to execution. Working alongside experienced Producers and Executive Producers, you'll help bring exciting projects to life while building strong client relationships and making a real impact.
This is an opportunity to work on some of the most exciting experiential, retail and brand activation campaigns in the country, partnering with leading FMCG, retail and lifestyle brands to bring ideas to life.
No two days are the same in this role. You'll be at the heart of the action, helping deliver standout experiences that people remember.
What you’ll be doing
- Assist in developing timelines, budgets, and project strategies.
- Provide creative input and manage end-to-end project documentation and execution.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and relationship management during the execution phase
- Coordinate with senior leadership, clients, and the Mars United team, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Lead small teams and mentor project coordinators.
- Source, brief, and manage suppliers, coordinating logistics, venues, and materials.
- Ensure the successful on-site execution and post-event evaluation,
including budget reconciliation in collaboration with the accounts team.
- Compile contact reports, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
What you’ll bring:
- 2 years experience in experiential marketing and project management, focusing on activations and sampling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
- Capable of guiding and inspiring teams effectively.
- Skills in organizing and planning with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging clients andstakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to resolve issues quickly.
- Skilled in building relationships and negotiating with clients and partners.
