Your Property Expert Estate Agents is a fast-growing agency specialising in residential sales and property management throughout Marsden Park and Sydney's North West. We're looking for a motivated, energetic and customer-focused Junior Property Officer who is eager to build a long-term career in real estate. Whether you're starting out or have some industry experience, we'll provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
About the Role
Working closely with our Property Management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
- Conducting routine inspections
- Coordinating maintenance requests with landlords, tenants and trades
- Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries
- Preparing leases and tenancy documentation
- Processing rental applications and reference checks
- Assisting with open homes and property viewings
- General administration and office support
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High attention to detail
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
