Key Account Manager – Formwork Industry (Full Time)

With branches across Australia, we supply and hire a complete range of formwork systems, plywood, LVL, steel props, accessories and construction solutions to some of the country's largest builders and contractors.

Our reputation has been built on quality products, exceptional service and long-term customer relationships. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our Sydney team.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, energetic and sales-driven salesperson who understands the formwork industry and enjoys getting out on the road, building relationships and winning new business.

If you have experience selling formwork products or have worked within the formwork or concrete construction industry and are ready to take your sales career to the next level, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across the Sydney and NSW market.
- Build strong relationships with builders, contractors and formwork companies.
- Manage and grow an established customer portfolio.
- Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
- Visit construction sites and customers on a regular basis.
- Provide technical advice and product solutions.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.




- Achieve sales targets while identifying opportunities for continued business growth.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in the formwork, concrete or construction industry.
- Previous experience in sales or account management (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of formwork products and systems.
- A passion for sales and a genuine desire to grow your customer base.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A qualified attitude with strong negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
