What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Prepare account reports, forecasts and sales updates as required
About You
- Experience in logistics, sales, account management, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skill
- Mandarin speaking skills are highly preferred
