Atura Adelaide Airport is a fast-paced hotel where our kitchen keeps travellers and guests fed around the clock, from Hangar Bar & Grill's breakfast service through to dinner and happy hour. We're looking for a Kitchen Hand to support our chefs and keep the kitchen running cleanly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone reliable who enjoys a busy setting and wants to be a key part of a supportive kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitise crockery, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen equipment to a high standard, in line with food safety requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, benches, and equipment throughout and at the end of each shift.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks and the timely delivery of clean equipment during service.
