- Prepare fresh bagels and menu items to recipe standards.

- Assemble orders accurately and efficiently.

- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service.

- Maintain food quality, presentation and consistency.

- Operate kitchen equipment safely.

- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and well stocked.

- Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.

- Assist with receiving, rotating and storing stock (FIFO).

- Support the team during busy service periods.

- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.

Pay: $26.44 – $27.01 per hour

Work Location: In person
