Hours: Monday–Friday, early morning starts (2:30am) | Approx. 20–30 hours per week

Fish n Fresh is looking for a Kitchen / Sink Hand to join our busy processing team in Carrara. You’ll play an essential role supporting our cutters by unpacking and preparing fish in the sink area — ready for portion control cutting.
What We’re Looking For
- This is a 2:30am Start - Reliable and punctual, with your own transport
- Must be available for early starts, Monday to Friday (no split shifts!) - Approx hours 2:30-8am
- Comfortable with physical work — the role does involve some lifting
- A team player with a valuable work ethic
- No experience needed — full training provided
