- Ensure meals are prepared, cooked and baked according to recipes and quality standards.

- Wash, peel, chop, and portion food ingredients.

- Keep the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.

- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

- Store food properly and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

- Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to the supervisor.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.

- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.

- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

- Complete opening and closing kitchen duties as required.

Pay: $26.44 – $35.00 per hour
