About the Role The Catering Assistant Kitchenhand Cleaner level 2 assists in the provision of a high-quality food & beverage service by undertaking responsibility and duties additional to the level 1 tasks in specific areas of the service.

Responsibilities include:

- Clean Kitchen equipment and appliances
- Clean and sanitise bench tops, shelving, walls, backsplashes, cool rooms and drains.
- Wash dishes, pots, trays and utensils
- Removal of rubbish from the kitchen areas
- Sweep and clean floor areas with a mop or a floor scrubber.

About You You take pride in delivering quality service, work well with others and can follow instructions to keep things running smoothly.
- Strong literacy skills
- Able to interpret work instructions, menus, policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with a range of people
- Work well in a team and adapt positively to change
