Role Description The L3 Network Engineer Windows role is a part-time, remote position responsible for advanced support and engineering of the company’s network infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include managing and optimizing Windows-based network environments, diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, and providing escalation support for lower-level network and IT teams.

The role involves designing and implementing network solutions that support secure, high-availability operations for e-commerce platforms and internal systems. The L3 Network Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network performance, stability, and security, and will contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Solid Network Administration skills, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of Windows-based network environments.
- Proficiency in Network Engineering and Network Design to architect scalable, resilient, and secure network solutions.




- Advanced Troubleshooting capabilities for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving complex network and connectivity issues.
- Experience in Network Security, including implementation of firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related network services.
- Familiarity with routing and switching technologies, TCP/IP, VLANs, and WAN/LAN architectures.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft networking certifications are beneficial.
- Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity.
- Experience supporting network environments for e-commerce or high-availability online platforms is an advantage.
