Diagnose and resolve critical DNS outages, performance degradation, and security issues Provide expert support for authoritative and recursive DNS infrastructures Work closely with L1/L2 teams, NOC, and Core Network teams to restore services quickly

Deep troubleshooting of BIND Perform DNS protocol‑level analysis Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents
