Land for Wildlife SEQ Business Support Officer

Join a passionate team supporting one of South East Queensland's leading conservation programs. We're looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Officer to help deliver the Land for Wildlife SEQ program across multiple councils.

Position: Land for Wildlife SEQ Business Support Officer

Salary from: Maximum-Term Part -Time contract ending 30 June 2029, (36.25 hours/fortnight)

Location: 150 Wembley Road, Logan Central 4114.

Step into a role that keeps one of SEQ's most loved conservation programs running smoothly. As the Business Support Officer for Land for Wildlife SEQ, you'll be the organisational heartbeat behind a passionate, cross‑council environmental team.

From managing enquiries and member records to support the coordination of meetings/events, updating systems and supporting program delivery, you'll make a real impact every day. Position Responsibilities include:

- Provide high‑quality administrative and business support
- Manage the LfW SEQ inbox, enquiries and member records
- Maintain databases, templates, workflows and website content
- Supporting the coordination of meetings, events, workshops and mailouts
- Support financial tasks including invoices, purchase orders and reconciliations
- Assist with program reporting and stakeholder communication

Key indicators for success:

- Experience in administration, customer service or business support
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills and confidence using databases/CRMs




- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and councils across SEQ
- A current C‑class driver's licence
