Join Our Team | Landscape Architecture

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect (4+ years' experience preferred) to join our landscape architecture division.

As Landscape Architecture, you will take ownership of project delivery while contributing to the continued growth of BUSHY's multidisciplinary practice. Working alongside our landscape construction, horticulture and ecological restoration teams, you will deliver projects from concept through to construction across a diverse portfolio, ranging from high-end residential gardens to commercial and public domain.

In a time of biodiversity loss, and cultural disconnect from our setting, we believe restoration principles should be part of everyday landscape practice. Our role is to make that feel possible, helping people understand, tolerate and care for natural systems.

What You'll Be Doing





- Leading landscape architecture projects from inception through to construction
- Working alongside a team of designers
- Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors
- Collaborating with construction, horticulture and ecological restoration internal teams
- Working with First Nations partners on significant public domain projects across Sydney
- Contributing to proposals, business development and the continued growth of the division
- Promoting ecology and environmental responsibility within landscape architecture
- Experience with Rhino, Adobe Suite and Enscape preferred

This role is ideal for an experienced Landscape Architect seeking greater project ownership, responsibility and influence within a growing multidisciplinary practice.
