Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Brisbane Area for Landscape Tradespeople and Team Leaders. Day-to-day responsibilities may include landscape construction, planting, turf installation, mulching, paving, retaining wall installation, irrigation setup, garden maintenance, and general site preparation and cleanup.

Team Leaders will additionally coordinate daily work plans, supervise and mentor crew members, manage site safety, communicate with project managers, and help ensure projects are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget. All team members are expected to use equipment and tools safely,



follow company procedures and safety standards, and maintain a professional approach when working on client sites.

Qualifications

- Practical landscaping skills, such as landscape construction, planting, turf laying, mulching, and basic garden maintenance.
- Experience using landscaping tools and machinery safely (e.g., mowers, whipper snippers, compactors, power tools) and following site safety protocols.
- Ability to read and follow plans, take direction from supervisors, and work efficiently as part of a team in outdoor environments.
- Leadership skills for Team Leaders, including crew supervision, task delegation, quality control, and basic project coordination.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Relevant trade qualification or experience in landscaping, horticulture, or construction is highly regarded.
- Current driver’s license; construction white card and relevant tickets (e.g., machinery operation) are an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to safe work practices and professional conduct on commercial sites.
