Whether you are already leading crews or you are an experienced landscaper ready for your first leadership role, this is a genuine hands-on leadership position. You’ll lead by example, working alongside your team to deliver outstanding residential landscaping projects. We know some of the best leaders simply haven’t been given the chance to step up - if you’re ready for that opportunity, we’ll support you every step of the way.

We’re looking for someone who is just as comfortable talking with clients as they are operating machinery, building retaining walls or moving materials on site. You’ll be trusted to:

- Lead small landscaping crews + Mentor and support team members
- Plan daily work and coordinate jobs efficiently
- Deliver exceptional workmanship
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Solve problems on site + maintain safety and quality standards
- Help improve systems and workflow as the business grows

Typical Projects Include Every project is different, providing plenty of variety and opportunities to continue developing your skills but could include

- Structural landscaping, retaining walls and Garden construction
- Planting and mulching, Soil preparation & Turf preparation and installation
- Paving and edging, Landscape construction & Drainage systems
- Machinery operation & Residential property improvements

- $95,000–$110,000 + Super , depending on experience
- Full-time permanent employment

- Local work across Brisbane's western suburbs with a variety of high-quality

residential landscaping projects

- Bonus plan may be available for the right candidate

The Person We're Looking For You will lead by example, own your work, communicate confidently, support teammates, solve problems proactively, and deliver quality finishes.

You'll ideally have experience in:

- Previous landscaping, construction, civil or outdoor labouring experience
- Leadership or Leading Hand experience (preferred)
- Reliable transport and a current Driver Licence
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work

Experience in structural landscaping, retaining walls, paving, drainage, turf, machinery operation or residential construction will be highly regarded. The following would be advantageous but are not essential:

- MR Licence
- Machinery tickets
- Trade qualifications
- Excavator or skid steer experience
