We are looking to employ a Law Clerk, who is currently studying towards a completion of a Law Degree, that is passionate about helping clients to work from our Campbelltown office.

This is a part time role with hours being 8.30am – 5.00pm, between Monday and Friday and would suit someone who wants to take this role and master it.

The Role:

- Experience handling multiple telephone calls and delegating to appropriate teams;
- Drafting Legal Documents and Statements;
- Brief creation and compilation;
- Preparing Barrister Briefs under instruction and guidance;
- Synthesising evidence into Evidentary statements;
- High-level data entry and maintaining databases and registers;
- Take clear,



informative and concise messages where appropriate;
- Providing assistance to all administrative staff in the performance of administration services; and
- All general ad hoc duties as needed.

The Skills:

- Be well presented, approachable and empathetic;
- Quick to pick up new skills and adapt to new environments;
- Highly organised with an ability to meet deadlines and timeframes under pressure;
- Understanding of correct legal processes;
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic setting with multiple focus points and work to deadlines;
- High level of administrative experience; and
- Experience in Microsoft Office software.
