Legal Professionals Needed — Contract Work Supporting AI Training (Remote, $200/hr)

We're looking for qualified lawyers and legal professionals to contribute their expertise to a project focused on improving how AI systems understand and work with legal documents.

About the role

This is flexible, contract-based work. Depending on the task, you may be asked to:

- Draft new legal documents based on supplied scenarios and instructions
- Contribute your own previously written legal documents (redacted to remove any identifying or confidential information) — entirely at your discretion
- Review and mark up legal documents drafted by others, providing expert commentary and corrections

Your work will help train and evaluate AI models, giving you a chance to shape how these systems handle legal reasoning and drafting.

What we're looking for

- Qualified legal professional (lawyer, paralegal,



or equivalent experience) with practical drafting and/or contract review experience
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
- Comfortable working independently on a contract basis
- Prior experience with commercial contracts, MSAs, or similar document types is a plus
