This is a role designed to fast-track your development – giving you exposure to quality matters, client interaction, and hands-on litigation experience in TAC and WorkCover.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage your own files with support from senior lawyers
- Assist on more complex TAC / WorkCover matters
- Build your litigation skills – from drafting through to court exposure
- Work directly with clients and develop strong relationships
- Contribute to case strategy and negotiations
- Learn from experienced practitioners in a collaborative team environment.
About You
- 2–5 years’ PAE, ideally in Personal Injury (TAC / WorkCover preferred)
- Solid foundation in litigation and strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients
- Eager to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility
- A team player who thrives in a rapid-paced, high-performing environment
- Ambitious and intentional about building a long-term legal career.
