Due to continued growth, this firm has an opportunity for a Lawyer or Solicitor to join the team in the Sydney CBD office.

Your new role

This role offers exposure to both front-end and back-end mortgage matters, from drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation through to managing settlements and post-completion requirements.

Key Responsibilities include;

- Draft and review loan, mortgage and security documentation.
- Advise on lending structures, risk and transaction requirements.
- Manage property and mortgage settlements.
- Prepare contracts, settlement figures and completion documents.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and settlement requirements.
- Manage matters from instruction through to completion.

About You

- Admitted lawyer with a current practising certificate or in the process of
- Previous experience in banking & finance, mortgage law,



property transactions or conveyancing.
- Experience reviewing property, loan or security documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Confident communicating with clients, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders
