You’ll work across a broad mix of sophisticated matters, including:

Mergers & acquisitions

Private equity buyouts and exits

Capital raisings and securities law

Corporate governance and board advisory

You’ll take a hands-on role in structuring, drafting and negotiating transactions, with exposure to both domestic and cross-border deals. About the Team

You

We’re open to candidates from 2+ PQE through to Senior Associate, with:

Strong Corporate M&A; experience (top-tier or mid-tier background advantageous)

Exposure to private equity (desirable)





Strong academic background

Excellent drafting and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple complex matters For Senior Associates, you will also bring:
