About the Role

Lady Gowrie Qld are seeking a talented Lead Educator to join our team at our Barrier Reef Child Centre on a full-time basis. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates strong leadership skills and experience. if you are looking for a recent adventure and are willing to relocate, we can provide assistance with costs!

About you:

- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services or working towards completion
- Proven experience in a Lead Educator role
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
