We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Lead Educator to join our Toddler team at Mt Gravatt.

Our beautiful centre is comprised of six rooms with additional spaces including an Art Studio and Dining Room. Our philosophy at Pod is to create a rich learning workplace, in a calm, loving and nurturing setting. We are a home away from home for our children, families and staff. Our team is collaborative, inclusive and kind.

To join our team, candidates must hold the following:

- Diploma in Children Services
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
- Current Blue Card
- National Child Safety Training certificate
- Great understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Confidence in building strong relationships with children and families
- A supportive and enthusiastic disposition




- Strong verbal and written communication skills
