About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead projects, coordinate trades, and ensure every home is built to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Read and interpret construction plans
- Maintain quality workmanship and site safety
- Keep projects on schedule
- Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers

About You

and take pride in producing quality work. You enjoy leading a team, solving problems, and maintaining high standards on every project.

Essential

- Qualified Carpenter
- Previous Leading Hand or Foreman experience (or ready to step into the role)
- Strong residential construction experience
- Current White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
