About The Role We're looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development Advisor to help shape and deliver impactful learning experiences across our practice. In this role, you'll play a key part in building capability, supporting leadership development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Partnering closely with the Organisational Development Lead and stakeholders across the business, you'll design and deliver engaging learning programs, manage our learning systems, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing learning design, facilitation, coordination and stakeholder engagement while making a meaningful impact on employee development.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop and deliver engaging learning programs and experiences, including workshops, webinars, mentoring initiatives, CPD sessions and eLearning solutions that support organisational capability development.

Facilitate impactful face-to-face and virtual learning experiences, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, feedback and professional growth across the practice.

Coordinate and evaluate learning initiatives, including tracking participation,



measuring outcomes and reporting on learning effectiveness, engagement and business impact.

Drive continuous improvement of learning programs by analysing data, gathering feedback and implementing best-practice learning approaches.

Manage learning operations and systems, including ownership of the annual learning calendar, LMS governance, learning pathways and the deployment of digital learning solutions.

Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of learning data, reporting and compliance processes, leveraging insights to improve capability development and learning outcomes.

Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives by coordinating talent programs, leadership activities and Talent Forum processes in partnership with key stakeholders.

About You

You are an enthusiastic learning professional who is passionate about helping people grow and succeed. You enjoy creating engaging learning experiences, building strong stakeholder relationships and finding practical ways to improve capability across an organisation. You'll Bring Experience in learning and development, organisational development, education, human resources or a related field.

Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience designing, developing and facilitating learning programs for diverse audiences.

Experience managing learning technologies and learning management systems (LMS).

Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to use data and feedback to drive better learning experiences.
