About the Role





We’re looking for an experienced LMS Manager to take ownership of our enterprise learning platform and ensure it remains reliable, compliant and fit for purpose across a complex environment.

This is a hands‑on technical role responsible for system configuration, user access reporting, integrations, troubleshooting and platform optimisation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across People and Culture, Compliance, Technology and the business to deliver an exceptional learning experience while maintain strong governance and audit standards.

The Role at a Glance

- Own the LMS platforming including system configuration, audience rules, user access, permissions, notifications and testing of changes before release
- Manage mandatory and compliance training through accurate set up, assignment, tracking and audit ready reporting
