The Role & Duties

Supporting a Partner and a team in General Liability, you will be responsible for all secretarial duties, such as:

- Opening matters, running conflict checks and organising cost agreements
- Creating, editing, and formatting documents




- Liaising with opposing Counsel and managing in Court dates
- Drafting, formatting and filing Court documents
- Formatting, editing and collating client and internal documents
- Assisting with Billing preparation (although minimal)
- Assist Lawyers in preparing for events
- General administrative duties

About You To be considered for this role, you will have:

- 3 years experience as a Legal Secretary in Insurance or Litigation
- A desire for longevity in a support position (unfortunately, we cannot consider students for this role)
- Advanced MS Suite skills
- Excellent communications skills
