As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Legal & Infringements Support Officer to join our Hobart Head Office.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a specialist administrative role, working across legal claims, chargebacks, debt recovery and traffic infringements as part of a collaborative and high-performing team.

About the Role

No two days are the same. You'll be responsible for managing a range of administrative and case support activities, ensuring matters are progressed accurately, professionally and within required timeframes.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing traffic infringement notices and driver nominations

- Preparing evidence for chargebacks and legal claims

- Following up outstanding customer accounts

- Preparing reports, correspondence and supporting documentation

- Liaising with customers, government authorities, payment providers and external agencies

- Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems

- Identifying risks and escalating complex matters where appropriate

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with detail and taking ownership of their work.

About You

You'll be organised, resilient and thrive in a fast-paced workplace where accuracy and sound judgement are essential.

To be successful,



you'll bring:

- Experience in administration, customer service, accounts receivable, debt recovery, claims, case management or a similar role

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

- Strong computer skills and experience using multiple systems

Experience in legal administration, debt recovery, payment disputes, insurance, financial services, vehicle rental or government processes will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
