About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Residential Wellbeing Carer / Lifestyle Assistant to join our Residential Aged Care team.
As a Wellbeing Carer,
you will play an key role in enriching the lives of our residents by planning and delivering engaging lifestyle and wellbeing programs that promote independence, choice, dignity and meaningful social connections.
Working closely with the Wellbeing Manager, clinical team and other staff, you will support residents in accordance with their individual Leisure Care Plans and contribute to creating a vibrant and engaging community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate meaningful lifestyle, leisure and recreational activities.
- Encourage resident participation while supporting individual choice, independence and wellbeing.
