Programmed is currently seeking reliable and motivated LO Operators to join a leading global supply chain and logistics company based in Truganina, Melbourne.

Our client is a well-established logistics provider specialising in end-to-end supply chain solutions, including warehousing, distribution, freight management, and inventory operations. With a large-scale warehouse network and a strong focus on safety, innovation, and operational excellence, they support some of the world's leading brands across various industries.

What's On Offer

- Day Shift: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $36.86 per hour
- Consistent ongoing work

About Your New Role

- Operating an LO Order Picker to pick stock from warehouse racking
- Order picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Manual handling and general warehouse duties
- Working with racking up to 8 pallets high (approximately 14 metres)
- Assisting with pallet movement and warehouse organisation
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures




- Supporting general warehouse operations as required

About You

- Current LO Licence (essential)
- Minimum 6 months' LO operating experience
- LF/LO experience highly regarded
- Double deep experience advantageous
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Own reliable vehicle required
- Full Australian working rights (visa validity of 1-2 years acceptable)
- Able to pass a police check
- Must have steel-capped boots and hi-vis clothing
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks
